Amazing test!! I was having eye issues with one of my kitties and the vets were throwing all kinds of meds at him and nothing was working (after spending hundreds of dollars of course). Out of frustration I ordered this test. The instructions were very clear and my cat had no issues doing the swab. The turnaround was so fast, including shipping time for my samples I think it was less than 2 weeks. The test itself is very detailed and really explains a lot. The best part was the remedies/regimen they suggest which were tested against his sample. I ordered the supplements and he is doing much much better! I also scheduled a consultation with one of their specialists to go over the results, another incredibly helpful experience, and she was awesome! I was able to ask lots of questions too. I will definitely be ordering another kit in the near future for my other kitty just to see how he’s doing. I know we still obviously need vets but this test for me was empowering and gave me a lot of information that a vet just will not ever be able to tell you.
