I ordered cat calm because my cat has hyperesthesia. It has helped so she doesn’t have as many episodes. I give her about three drops in her morning wet food and three drops in her evening wet food. I also use the cat enzyme once a day.

I’m so glad I ran onto this stuff! As a rule I don’t take time to write reviews, although I definitely read them. I’ve somehow ended up with 8 (eight!!😳) cats in my small house. Two adults (M&F) that were littermates are constantly fussing. He jumps on her, she growls, fur flies… you get the idea. Everyone in my house has been neutered. I used a game camera to determine which one of the rescues was having loose stool in the basement… not in the litterbox… and someone was spraying…those calming diffusers are pretty good but only cover 700sq ft. I love these toddlers, but wow!! When I read this stuff could alternatively be added to the water, that was the nudge I needed. I ordered two vials, because I did not want to backslide if it worked. Well I saw improvements in a few days. Thankfully, the anxious ones also are heavier drinkers! We have rare hissy fits, but the basement accidents stopped, the wild itchy back dance stopped, and now far less hairballs, too. I have five water fountains throughout the house, so everyone can drink at their leisure for kidney health. We also occasionally use a calming collar, kept the diffusers in use, and have two different sprays that can be stroked onto the cats’ fur. It’s a different world we live in, now. A game-changer !

4 stars because I’ve only been using it for 5-6 days, but so far it seems to work. My boy cat can be aggressive to his sister, and I was using CalmKeen in his food till I ran out and found he needed something still. I decided to try this, 5 drops in his food at night, and he seems to be more able to control his anxiety. I wish there was a larger size available.

I’ve had my anxious, paranoid, neurotic, anorexic Bengal on this for just over a week. I do think it is calming her a bit. Her behavior toward other cats has chilled, she has also decreased pacing and other anxious behaviors a bit. I do think her chronic diarrhea is slightly decreased as well.
