This week’s episode was a fun one for us – and we hope for you too. It was a chilly day, which called for hoodies, games and a good story – and so this video was born…
If you haven’t had the pleasure of playing Heads Up, we highly recommend giving it a shot. We find it is most entertaining when played with friends and wine, and it never fails that a great time is had by all.
Such was the case this day… We decided to play the deck called ‘Animals Gone Wild’. Though I was only able to include a short portion of our game, you will see that we need some practice with this deck. And in an effort to save face, I must say that we actually do know what an alpaca and barnacle are – but still have no idea how to act them out. We are open to suggestion.
And then comes the story of the Black Snatch. For many months now, Jae has been harassing me to share this story with all of your. I’ve been hesitant (for obvious reasons), but I finally broke. Maybe it was the wine… maybe it was just time… nevertheless – it’s out there now. If anything good comes from sharing my inappropriate ignorance, perhaps it will be that those that experienced this embarrassing moment with me will learn that I was not being intentionally crass. I often wonder what story they tell of that night… it can’t be a good one.
At the end of the day, we realized that we failed to include a ‘Healthy Cat Tip of the Day’ – an oversight perhaps caused by the fine red we were drinking. Alas, we intend to make up for this over the course of our next few videos. We are well aware that these tips are perhaps the only redeeming quality of our film work. 🙂 In the meantime, please check out our blog on over-vaccinating our cats. Yes, it’s a touchy subject… but it’s still worth the read.
