Her work introduced us to the power of self-selection and the importance of giving cats a voice in their own wellbeing. While she no longer offers these gardens herself, we’re honored to carry this torch forward and continue what she started - bringing cats the natural, energetic support they instinctively seek. Julie Anne still does incredible work supporting cats on an energetic level, and we encourage you to explore all she offers.

Instructions on How to Create Your Cat’s Herb Garden

• Choose a quiet, cozy spot in the house
• Let your cat help with setup & selection of space
• Set out a clean towel or blanket for each cat
• Sprinkle herbs or flowers in each corner
• Watch your cat enjoy the space
• Leave it out for 3–5 days (or longer)
• Add more herbs as needed

Signs Your Cat Loves It:

• Rolling, rubbing, licking, or chewing
• Sitting or lying on or near the herbs
• Playing, stretching, or drooling
• Deep breaths, slow blinks, or closed eyes

• These herb gardens are not meant to replace medical treatments or veterinary care. They are not intended as a food supplement (but are safe if ingested). Keep herbs stored in a cool, dark place away from children.
• Herbs vary due in weight to density. All herb packs will be at least 5 grams in weight. Some may weigh more due to lighter density.
• Roots, such as Valerian, Ginger, & Angelica, are very potent, so a little goes a long way.
