TWO CRAZY CAT LADIES – WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICING AND MINIMUMS
Minimum order must include one full case (8 bottles) of one product to receive case pricing. Discounted retail pricing will be required for products purchased in lesser amounts than casing specifications.
PAYMENT
Credit Card payments for wholesale orders can be paid by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will be processed at the time of receiving purchase order. Payment information will not be saved or seen by Two Crazy Cat Ladies, LLC unless requested by wholesale client. Check/Money Order payments are also accepted.
SHIPPING
Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to ship. All domestic orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping. Domestic orders under $500 will be charged a 3% shipping fee. International wholesale orders will be charged a 7% shipping fee. All items ship from Las Vegas, NV. Drop shipping is not available at this time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products and will extend that offer to our wholesale client if you choose to refund a customer for a returned product. The return can be in the form of an exchange or a refund of the returned product. Return requests must be submitted in writing or over the phone.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions should not be published or discussed with other parties by the buyer under any circumstance.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
